2. Service Agreements and Scheduling

3. Payment Terms

5. Customer Responsibilities

- Maintaining adequate water supply to plants and turf as recommended for Florida's climate, unless irrigation services are specifically included in your agreement.
- Removing pet waste and small debris from the lawn area prior to scheduled mowing services.
6. Limitation of Liability
United Lawnscape Of Florida will perform services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for damage to property that is not directly caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not responsible for existing property conditions or damages resulting from prior issues not caused by our services.
